Vinyl Institute Launches Vinyl News Service Web Site
ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 10, 2006 (VNS) – The Vinyl Institute today announced the launch of its Vinyl News Service (VNS) Web site, www.vinylnewsservice.net.

Increased interest from the media and the public spurred the creation of the VNS Web site which will provide current news about vinyl, vinyl products and related applications.

“It is a valuable resource for current information about vinyl,” said Vinyl Institute President Tim Burns. “In addition to regularly generating news stories about vinyl, it will be a source of information related to vinyl and its important role in today’s communities.”

The VNS Web site will feature a unique video interview with Dr. Patrick Moore, co-founder and longtime head of Greenpeace, on the benefits and safety of vinyl.

VNS is a service of the Vinyl Institute, a U.S. trade association representing the leading manufacturers of vinyl and vinyl products.
